From the very beginning Home Specialist Andrew Kurek provided me with the available options that would fit my ideas for the new deck, answered all follow up questions quickly, and clearly explained the pricing and how the process would work. Project Manager Dan Kehren took over from there and oversaw the building process. Dan ensured that all of my questions were addressed timely and that the final deck was completed exceeding all of my expectations. All communications I had with all Home Pro employees were professional and positive. Highly recommend that you use Home Pro for your next project.

He responded to calls and questions within 24 hours. We especially liked that they put together renderings of what the new deck would look like upon completion. The rendering below with the stairs on the left, was an original rendering and then we switched the stairs to the right, which you can see in the later rendering. But looking at the renderings and the final product and you can see how helpful it was to have those renderings. Having those made it an easy choice to choose Home Pro America. And then the follow-up, professionalism, and end product makes it easy to recommend Home Pro America.
