However, the management team at Home Pro really came through to address the issues and make sure we felt taken care of, in the end we got our dream deck and could tell the entire team was committed to us 100% of the way. From the very beginning Home Specialist Andrew Kurek provided me with the available options that would fit my ideas for the new deck, answered all follow up questions quickly, and clearly explained the pricing and how the process would work. Project Manager Dan Kehren took over from there and oversaw the building process. Dan ensured that all of my questions were addressed timely and that the final deck was completed exceeding all of my expectations. Steve made it right. It’s rare to do business with a perfect company; we all know that. Home Pro America is still a very good company. That stands by their work. Not only was Steve not aware of my issue, but he was just as shocked as I was when he found out; he couldn’t wait to make it right.

Home Pro America made it a priority to make sure my deck build was handled with care and urgency. Most companies would have told me to kick rocks, but they took it personally.
