The handoff to the construction team went smoothly, and they started on time. Unfortunately, we hit several unexpected roadblocks during the build process that delayed the completion of the project for some time. However, the management team at Home Pro really came through to address the issues and make sure we felt taken care of, in the end we got our dream deck and could tell the entire team was committed to us 100% of the way. The team that finished the deck was stellar: very knowledgeable, professional, and polite, and promptly addressed any issues that arose. After experiencing their response to our situation, we are happy to recommend the team to others as we know we can trust them to make things right, they are genuinely invested in their customer’s satisfaction.

The rendering below with the stairs on the left, was an original rendering and then we switched the stairs to the right, which you can see in the later rendering.
