					  I previously had a negative review regarding Home Pro America’s work.  I’ve tried to edit it , but I couldn’t.

My deck was finished last summer; it was a shaky… Read More relationship to begin with, which had nothing to do with 98% of Home Pro America employees or their owner Steve.

Steve made it right. It’s rare to do business with a perfect company; we all know that. Home Pro America is still a very good company. That stands by their work.  Not only was Steve not aware of my issue, but he was just as shocked as I was when he found out; he couldn’t wait to make it right.

Home Pro America made it a priority to make sure my    deck build was handled with care and urgency.   Most companies would have told me to kick rocks, but they took it personally.

I’m very happy with my build and how it was handled.   My plan is to use them again for my front porch.

					  We had Home Pro America build our new deck.  As you can see from the photos below, the original deck was worn.  The new deck is awesome! … Read More Mark was great to work with.  He responded to calls and questions within 24 hours.  We especially liked that they put together renderings of what the new deck would look like upon completion.  The rendering below with the stairs on the left, was an original rendering and then we switched the stairs to the right, which you can see in the later rendering.  But looking at the renderings and the final product and you can see how helpful it was to have those renderings.  Having those made it an easy choice to choose Home Pro America.  And then the follow-up, professionalism, and end product makes it easy to recommend Home Pro America.

Ben arrived on time, prepared… Read More with photos and local research into code/liscensing and more. The highlight was being able to receive a quote at the time of meeting.
No 5-7-10 day wait.  Ultimately we decided not to place a deck on our home, however, we may consider working with Home Pro America in the future.

Contracted Home Pro to replace my old worn down deck with a new one double the size of the previous deck and I am more than pleased with the… Read More overall outcome and process.  From the very beginning Home Specialist Andrew Kurek provided me with the available options that would fit my ideas for the new deck, answered all follow up questions quickly, and clearly explained the pricing and how the process would work.  Project Manager Dan Kehren took over from there and oversaw the building process.  Dan ensured that all of my questions were addressed timely and that the final deck was completed exceeding all of my expectations.  All communications I had with all Home Pro employees were professional and positive.  Highly recommend that you use Home Pro for your next project.

					  We initially chose Home Pro for our deck build because our salesperson was able to help design our deck and advise us on the many options we had without being… Read More pushy.  He came back with 3D renderings that displayed what our final build would look like, which really helped us feel comfortable moving forward.  The handoff to the construction team went smoothly, and they started on time.  Unfortunately, we hit several unexpected roadblocks during the build process that delayed the completion of the project for some time.  However, the management team at Home Pro really came through to address the issues and make sure we felt taken care of, in the end we got our dream deck and could tell the entire team was committed to us 100% of the way.  The team that finished the deck was stellar: very knowledgeable, professional, and polite, and promptly addressed any issues that arose.  After experiencing their response to our situation, we are happy to recommend the team to others as we know we can trust them to make things right, they are genuinely invested in their customer’s satisfaction.
